Who we are
This site is operated by Inflection Energy (a sole trader). It's a static marketing and data site — we don't run our own servers that store your personal information, and we don't sell data. We use product analytics (PostHog) to understand which pages and charts are useful. Contact details are below.
Analytics & session recording
We use PostHog for analytics. This includes session recording — replays of on-page activity such as mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and navigation — as well as event analytics (pages viewed, charts interacted with). PostHog may process your IP address, approximate location, device and browser, and how you use the site. This data is pseudonymous: we don't use it to identify you by name. PostHog processes and stores it on servers in the United States.
Cookies
PostHog may set a first-party cookie to avoid double-counting visits. You can block cookies in your browser, or enable “Do Not Track”, which we respect. The NEM data downloads and charts work without accepting any cookies.
Your choices
You can opt out by enabling Do-Not-Track, using your browser's privacy controls, or contacting us to request we exclude your data. If you're in a jurisdiction with data rights (e.g. the EU/UK or under the Australian Privacy Principles), you may request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold.
Third parties
Analytics are processed by PostHog (PostHog Inc., United States). Booking, if used, is handled by Google Calendar. These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and overseas disclosure to the United States may occur as noted above.
